1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Withdrawals

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your ph70 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Any unused bonus funds, pending bets, or promotional winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Termination by ph70

ph70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration
• Fraudulent or criminal activity
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Abusive behavior toward ph70 staff or other players
• Use of the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested

In the event of account termination for cause, ph70 may confiscate any funds in your account balance, void pending bets, and pursue legal remedies for damages caused by your violations. 13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If the issue cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to appropriate regulatory authorities or pursue legal remedies.

14. Force Majeure

ph70 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, power failures, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, ph70's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent. If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph70 regarding your use of our services.
